PRIVATE COACHING & RETREAT EXPERIENCE AGREEMENT

This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of signature of this document, by and between Jane Wareham and Client [as per name and signature below].
1. Program Overview
This Agreement is for a private coaching experience with Jane ("Coach") over a period of six (6) months. This experience is designed to support the Client in creating a freedom-filled life, deepening their mindset mastery, and aligning with their highest self.
The program includes:
Bi-weekly 1:1 private coaching sessions (60 minutes each) via Zoom


Telegram support (Tues–Thurs 11am-3pm)


Access to exclusive coaching tools, exercises, and resources


One (1) ticket to The Soul Rising Retreat (October 23–25, 2025) — including accommodations, group workshops, and select meals
(Note: Flights and personal expenses for the retreat are not included.)


2. Program Term & Schedule
The coaching begins upon the date of this agreement and ends after 6 months.
Sessions will be scheduled in advance and may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited.

3. Investment & Payment Terms
The full investment for this private coaching program, including the retreat, is $2,222 USD.
The Client may choose from the following payment options:
Pay in full: $13,333 USD upon signing
OR monthly payment plan of $2222 USD


All payments are non-refundable. This is to honor the energetic commitment both parties are making and to hold the Client in full responsibility for their transformation.

4. Client Responsibility
The Client agrees to show up fully, be coachable, and take personal responsibility for their results. The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes, but is fully committed to showing up with presence, integrity, and skill throughout the container.

5. Confidentiality
All shared information will be held in strict confidence, with the exception of instances where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm to the Client or others.

6. Retreat Terms (A separate agreement will be shared for the retreat)
Client understands and agrees to:
Arrange their own travel to and from the retreat venue


Be respectful of the group dynamic, the space, and the shared experience


Complete all pre-retreat forms and agreements


Refrain from any behavior that disrupts the emotional, physical, or energetic safety of others


Retreat participation is included in the program and may not be transferred or deferred.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if a breach occurs. No refunds will be issued for any payments made, regardless of termination date, and any remaining balance owed from the total agreement of $13,333 USD will have to be paid out.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Ontario Canada.
